Ground coffee and k-cups provided. - BR1: Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom - BR2: Bedroom with 2 full beds and ensuite bathroom that also connects to common area - Laundry area Lower level: - Lower deck with hot tub and additional table/chairs - Additional living room / game room with oversized couch, 55" TV, foosball, basketball game, and arcade game - BR3: King bedroom with ensuite full bathroom - BR4: King bedroom - BR5: Two sets of twin bunk beds - Full bathroom that is shared between BR4 and BR5 (Jack and Jill style) Things to do nearby: The house is about a 5 minute drive to the slopes, pool, and dining at Massanutten, 6 minutes to the spa, and 7 minutes to the indoor/outdoor Waterpark. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 20 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house. - Casper Retreat is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). - We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this is already embedded in the cleaning fee. - Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more. - The driveway that can fit 3 vehicles, plus 2 more parking spaces right in front of the house along the street. There is an overflow parking lot available in Massanutten. - Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and decks. All 5 bedrooms, plus both living rooms, feature smart TVs where you can access all the main streaming services. - We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options - Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee. - Linens and towels provided - Due to wildlife, trash must be taken to the Massanutten community dumpsters - Pack n play and high chair provided - We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. ALCOHOL No open containers on roads or in common areas. PETS • Leash always required when outside. • Clean up after your pets. TRASH • Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports.
